What are ostomy bag covers?

Ostomy bag covers are custom-designed fabric covers that fit over your ostomy pouch. They provide extra comfort, discreet coverage, and protection while adding a touch of personal style to everyday wear.

Why should I use ostomy bag covers?

Ostomy bag covers can improve daily comfort, help reduce skin irritation, add privacy, and allow you to express your personal style through customized designs.

What materials are the ostomy bag covers made of?

Our handmade ostomy bag covers are made from soft, breathable fabrics such as 100% cotton and flannelette. They’re designed for all-day comfort and to help reduce friction against your skin.

How do I know if the cover will fit my pouch?

Our covers are made for standard adult pouches (approximately 6″ × 9″) with flange openings of 1¾″ (44 mm) or 2¼″ (57 mm), which are the most common sizes used across many ostomy pouch brands.

If your setup differs, just message us before ordering and we’ll be happy to confirm the fit.

Which pouch brands are your covers compatible with?

Many customers use brands like Hollister, Coloplast, and ConvaTec. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll guide you.

How Long Do You Take to Deliver a Customized Ostomy Cover?

Customized ostomy covers are handmade to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days (up to 7 business days during busy periods).

Timing may vary slightly depending on the design request or flange size adjustment. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

What can I write or design on my custom ostomy cover?

We love helping you express yourself. Please note that we can’t fulfill requests that are disrespectful, explicit, or promote violence. If you’re unsure about a design, feel free to ask before ordering.

How Can I Keep Track of My Order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your handmade ostomy product’s journey from our store to your door.

How Frequently Do You Restock the Collection?

We aim to restock our handmade ostomy bag cover collections monthly. Availability may vary depending on demand and fabric availability.

Do you offer local pick up options?

Local pickup is not currently available. All ostomy product orders must be placed online and are shipped directly to your address.

Can I pay for my order at pick up?

At this time, we do not offer payment at pickup. All ostomy bag cover orders must be paid online at checkout to ensure secure and efficient processing.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at customerservice@nuvibeliving.ca.

After this time, orders are already in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if I have questions or concerns about my order?

What is your return policy?

Nuvibe Living does not accept returns or offer replacements unless an item meets specific eligibility criteria. Returns are only considered if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The item is significantly not as described

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect item selection, address errors, or unauthorized returns. Handmade and custom items are final sale unless proven defective.

How long do bundle orders take to ship?

Bundle sets are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days (up to 7 business days during busy periods), as they may include multiple handmade items.
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada with tracked delivery options. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation. Note: Nuvibe Living is not responsible for lost packages that were confirmed delivered but left unattended.

How long will my order take to ship?

Ready-to-Ship: Hand-packed within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-Order (custom covers & bundles): Handcrafted within 3–5 business days (up to 7 business days during busy periods).
