Customized ostomy bag covers are typically shipped within one week. Delivery times vary by location, but we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

How Can I Keep Track of My Order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your handmade ostomy product’s journey from our store to your door.

How Frequently Do You Restock the Collection?

We strive to restock our handmade ostomy bag cover collections monthly. Availability may vary depending on demand and fabric supply.

Do you offer local pick up options?

Local pickup is not currently available. All ostomy and wellness product orders must be placed online and are shipped directly to your address.

Can I pay for my order at pick up?

Currently, we do not offer pick-up payments. All orders for ostomy bag covers must be paid online at checkout to ensure fast processing.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

The procedure is similar to tracking the status of your purchase. Please send us your tracking ID and the reason for your cancellation. If your product has not yet shipped and your request meets our cancellation criteria, we’ll confirm the cancellation and advise on next steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders are already in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.

What is your return policy?

Nuvibe Living does not accept returns or offer replacements unless the item meets specific eligibility criteria. Returns are only considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item never arrives within the stated delivery timeframe
  • The item is significantly not as described

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect item selection, or unauthorized returns. Handmade and custom items are final sale unless proven defective.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis if your item meets our strict return eligibility. If approved, we may provide store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Proof of issue (including photos) must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery. All refund requests require prior written approval.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation. Note: Nuvibe Living is not responsible for lost packages that were confirmed delivered but left unattended.
