Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Effective date: January 2026


This policy applies to all ostomy covers purchased through Nuvibe Living, including ready-to-ship items, made-to-order designs, bundle sets, and new arrivals.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all ostomy bag covers are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or order details entered incorrectly at checkout.

Return Eligibility

Replacements are only considered in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item is significantly not as described (for example, an incorrect product was sent)

How to Request a Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order at customerservice@nuvibeliving.ca.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation of the concern

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and Canadian holidays.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or flange selection

  • Order details entered incorrectly at checkout

  • Address errors

  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

  • Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier

  • Unauthorized return shipments

Discounts & Promotions

First-order discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes apply only to eligible individual ostomy covers, unless otherwise stated.
Discounts do not apply to bundle sets, multi-item packs, or specially priced collections.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or transferred after an order has been placed.

Bundles & Sets

Bundle sets are offered as curated groupings of handmade ostomy covers and are not discounted items.
Because bundle orders may include multiple handmade pieces, they are subject to the same final sale and replacement conditions outlined in this policy.

Please review product details carefully before purchasing a bundle set. If you have questions about fit, sizing, or contents, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing customerservice@nuvibeliving.ca.
After this time, orders are already in processing and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada with tracked delivery options.
Delivery estimates vary by destination and service and are shown at checkout.
