Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Nuvibe Living, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, quality products — whether handmade or carefully sourced through our fulfillment partners. Please read our returns and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or issue replacements/refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged

  • The item never arrived within the stated delivery window (i.e., 18 full business days after shipping confirmation)

  • The item is significantly not as described

To request a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within  2 calendar days of receiving your item

  • You must include clear photos and a brief explanation

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

  • Handmade products (custom-designed or made-to-order) are final sale, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Photos of proof of damaged or defective handmade products must be taken and must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the handmade product. Please send an email to:  customerservice@nuvbeliving.ca.
  • In order to receive a refund, you must receive an approval email.
  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect item selection

    • Items returned due to delayed shipping within the delivery window

Processing Time & Shipping Details

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Standard delivery is estimated at 3–18 business days, depending on product type and location.

  • Some items may ship separately to speed up delivery.

  • Nuvibe Living is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or carrier issues.

Chargebacks & Unauthorized Claims

To protect our small business and fulfillment partners:

  • Chargebacks or refund claims made without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our policy.

  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with evidence of shipping, tracking, and communication.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at customerservice@nuvibeliving.ca

  • After 2 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Marked “Delivered” Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date

  • We will assist in filing a carrier investigation

  • We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered but left unattended

 

Refund Options

If a return or refund is approved, we offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (if in stock)

  • A store credit

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on issue
